- In Loving Memory of John
It is with great sadness that I report that our dear and beloved Mynrbird has lost his battle with cancer. Many of you know him from Elder Scrolls Online and Rift. He joined us on March 21st of 2014, and led our family to over 20,000 victories across 33 events. We ran a “Craglorn Anomaly Run” event for the better part of a year. Over the course of his membership, he earned the rank of Curadh de na Capall Dearg. We are deeply saddened by his loss and he will be missed. I will be adding him to our Hall of Legends so that he may live forever in our hearts and minds.Known Aliases:
- Horns of the Reach is Live!
The latest DLC, Horns of the Reach, is out! With it comes two all-new dungeons: Bloodroot Forge and Falkreath Hold. You have the opportunity to earn new unique item sets and Monster Masks. There are also new Achievements, boss collectibles, and titles. Only the most dedicated players will complete all Horns of the Reach Achievements to earn exclusive costumes and a new dye. - The Path of Fire Expansion Launches September 22nd
The excitement is brewing, and many of you have already picked-up the expansion. We'll be planning some events in the new world, after the expansion launches, and I will likely postpone siege war for a few weeks so we can do things like move our guild hall and explore the new world. People are starting to flock back to the game and we're down to a 2 month AFK rotation. Anyone that's been away longer than 2 months will need to be invited back into Gaiscioch na Rall. Simply ask for an invite in your core room (Anu or Morrigan), and one of our commanders can invite you back into the active room. You can also click "Request Reinvite" on the command center to be reinvited as well, but an elder must process the invitation, which may take up to a day to process.

- Rift Community Update
Over the past few months you might have noticed a slight downward slide in active players. This was expected post-launch of the 4.0 expansion, as with any game expansion. We are starting to settle into our long-term size and it appears the incoming requests to join are beginning to thin out. At this point, I believe the game is going to need to take some positive action to start driving new players to enter the game. The past few patches haven't helped the population and many have been upset by them.

- Interviewapalooza 2017
So... We might have just a "few" articles this next issue. It is shaping up to be, quite possibly, one of our largest issues to date. Between me at PAX West and Screenager at Gamescom, we should have a wealth of new articles and videos about what's coming to the video games world. This year's conventions have been absolutely insane. I know Screenager’s schedule was packed so tight he barely had room for a bio break. My schedule is so packed I can't even see all the things I want to see during the event. There are so many great games on the way, and we're in for a real treat. Needless to say, keep an eye out for Issue 14 as it will be packed with the games you love, and the loves yet-to-be.

Every week we feature the siege war of Guild Wars 2 and Elder Scrolls Online in this weekly livestream. As we've been aligned with Yak's Bend for the next 5 weeks, we'll be getting some footage of Tier 1 and 2 in Guild Wars 2. Our Guild Wars 2 stream takes place Tuesdays at 6PM PT. - Open guild event
The guild voted on working on the guild quest of killing creatures in night mare rifts and then, onto killing rift creatures that grant experience. Thanks to Chiheb for tanking and everyone else who showed up to to make this event possible.

Had a good turnout for the IA run however, Trion wanted to ensure we were in Gloamwood the entire time.

- Coffee and Crifting 8/27/17
Another good time was had by all. Some more than others.... Started with 13 guildies and finished with 17. Was a smooth run for the most part although we did lose 2 crifts to timeout :( For me it was 5 Matrix and 55 motes...

- Another First For Me
I have two levels 70's and a 63. Last night we went into places that I had never seen before. And with my favorite group of people. What I kept thinking was, look at this great loot! Imagine if I was a level 50 and getting drops like these...
- Open event 8.23.17
Gaiscioch again stepped up to the challenge and answered the call to take on 3 classic full raid clears. Greenscales Blight (GSB), River of Souls (ROS) and, Infernal Dawn (ID). Thanks to Shady Shade for taking the initiative and helping in leading us to victory in ID; on the boat boss by giving direction on the mechanics of the fight.

The grandsons were thrilled to do a harder dungeon today! They loved all the goodies they received. Salvaging is one of there favorite thing to do for crafting supplies. It was a great end for their visit with Gma Fog...

This was the first experience in a dungeon for Gma Fog's 2 grandsons. Old Goat and Winterlight were very helpful in making this enjoyable for them. Old Goat explained step by step what to do and let the boys interact with the NPC chats and talk...
- The Raiding power of The Chancla!
We defeated not one, not two, but three raid bosses today. It was glorious! Everyone did an amazing job, our newbies did fantastic, and Jay threw all his shoes and chanclas at the bosses, saving our collective bacons!!
10/10 will raid again!
- Coffee and Crifting 8/20/17
Another fun run with the guild this morning. Lots of loot dropped. we started with 11 guildies and finished with 17. We did 25 crifts in 2 hours, we really have the rotation down now. Note: please have a stack of guild banners and rally scrolls in your inventory...
- TD cleared - CONGRATS!!
So glad to hear you were able to clear TD twice with all guild participants!!! So sorry I couldn't join in. Health has been iffy off and on and sometimes I just can't do it.

- Crifting Recap
Another great run this morning. finished 30 rifts. lots of loot for everyone and a great experience run. If you have a lvl 65+ toon bring them along for the experience boost. Thinking about a mid-week crifting run since we have extra lures...
- Change In Plans
This is not a troll, or the ranting of one of those always complaining angry persons. Just how I feel.
It started out a little shaky. It was looking like we did not have enough guild members show up at the start time, to do a TD run as planned...
- Wednesday night TD run
Even though we didn't get to accomplish a TD run since only 5 of us grouped up... Eluviette and the 5 of us finished my "Bouldergut" story line and then we ran to NMR in Tarken Glacier where we completed the Guild Quest and then even into the next Guild Quest of 1250 raft creatures...

He's a GREAT leader as he knows TD at least inside out.... I wish I could give him a Valor point every time I join his events. He certainly deserves them.

Thanks LD for setting this up and leading. Had a great time running some old school Dungs with our guild and getting some achievements along the way.
- Leadership Makes the Difference
This was the my first full TD run with my Primalist, Adieangirl. She did well putting up more DPS than I would have thought possible, not having any higher level gear. The run was great fun and a total success, I believe because of Eluveittie...
- BUILD MOAR
So we were running around doing our thing like we do. I think I'm getting better at this game or Fog is getting slow in his old age because I actually managed to show up on time and stay on tag for the entire night...
- Missed The Teleport
I am not sure what happened, but I didn't get the last teleport. The game kicked me out of the party; so I missed the end. I could hear them on Discord, but they could not hear me.
